Welcome to INTREPID MACHINES'S WEB SITE. Located in
Tampa, Florida it is our mission to serve customers throughout Florida and the
Southeastern United States. Using state of the art CNC machining equipment we produce
critical tolerance precision-machined parts for high technology companies. Product
Management for all manufacturing starts with the use of JobBOSS support software detailing
order entry, purchasing, manufacturing and accounting for each order. The product
management team uses this information combined with CAD/CAM (Auto CAD 2000i and Gibbs CAM)
to program each part on our CNC equipment.
Our quality management system was originally developed around MIL-I-45208 and
MIL-STD-45662 and has recently evolved into a system compliant with ISO9001:2000. Our
quality system has been approved by some of the Aerospace Industry's finest companies. Our
Quality Department is equipped with precision measuring devices, including a CMM.
